TMS Adventist is a member-facing application that provides access to giving history and receipts by opening secure web pages inside a WebView. The App is designed to help members view their own records.
Important: The App itself is primarily a WebView container. Authentication (for example phone number and OTP) is managed by the website you access through the App.
The App does not require you to create a separate in-app account. The App does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or payment details through native screens.
Website-based collection: When you use the App, you interact with the TMS Adventist web portal. The website may collect and process information necessary to authenticate you and display your giving/receipt records (for example, phone number and OTP verification).
Any such data collection is governed by the website’s policies and security controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to improve safeguards as the system evolves.
The App is intended for members who are authorized to access their own giving history and receipts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App’s native functionality.

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, or deletion of your information. Requests relating to giving history and account access are handled through the TMS Adventist web portal and its administrators.
The App may display web pages that use third-party services used by the portal (for example SMS providers for OTP delivery). Such third-party services process data according to their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. When updated, the “Effective date” will be revised and the new policy may be published within the App listing and or within the portal.
